If your order needs attention, we are here to help.

Unopened returns

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, an eligible return may be refunded or issued store credit. Customers pay return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

For a damaged, leaking, broken or incorrect item, email your order number and photos or video within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.

What cannot be returned?

Opened or used items, items damaged after delivery, and items without their original packaging are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Refund timing

Approved refunds normally take 5–7 business days, depending on the refund method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree the refund method with you.
