Which RC fragrance should I choose?
Begin with the character that feels like you: Royal is elegant, Black Crown bold, Ice Crown cool, Amber warm and Legacy refined. Explore each product’s description and presentation. Confirmed scent-note pyramids have not yet been supplied, so we do not assign specific ingredients or notes to these fragrances.
What size are the bottles?
All five fragrances in the RC collection are 50 ml Eau de Parfum. Each product page shows its current price and availability.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery within Pakistan is PKR 250 per order. Check your full order total at checkout before confirming.
When will my order arrive?
Expected delivery is within 3–4 working days. This is an estimate; public holidays, courier disruption or incomplete delivery details can cause delays.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available. The payment methods available for your order are displayed in Shopify checkout. Please have the total shown at checkout ready when the courier arrives.
Can I choose a fragrance as a gift?
Choose with their personal style in mind, then explore the five RC fragrances. Each bottle is 50 ml. Gift wrapping, special packaging or other gift services are included only when explicitly listed for the product.
Can I return a fragrance?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for an unopened, unused item in its original packaging. Customers pay return shipping. Opened or used items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Read the full returns policy before sending anything back.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email your order number and photos or video within 48 hours of delivery for a damaged, leaking, broken or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
How do I track or change my order?
Use the order-status link in your Shopify confirmation email. Email us promptly with your order number to request a change or report a delivery problem. A dispatched order may be too far along to change.
